By using Shake Your Fun you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Shake Your Fun is an application that lets you discover nearby places, events and people with similar interests, through geolocation and social features such as matching and chat.
To use the app you must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information during registration. You are responsible for the security of your account and the activities carried out through it.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to harass other users, and not to post offensive, false or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, text, messages). You grant Shake Your Fun a limited license to display it within the app in order to provide the service.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of suggestions, nor are we responsible for interactions between users that take place outside the platform. Always use common sense and caution when meeting people you have connected with through the app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
